“✨മാളയുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ഒളിപ്പിച്ചൊരു വിസ്മയം…✨💫ദൂരങ്ങൾ തേടിയിനി പോകേണ്ടതില്ല… നമ്മുടെ മാളയിൽ തന്നെ ഒരു വയനാടൻ ഹരിത മാധുര്യം! 🍃🌿Giby Farm – മാള നെയ്തുകുടി🌿അതെ, ചില കാഴ്ചകൾ കണ്ടാൽ കണ്ണുകൾ നിറയും… ചില അനുഭവങ്ങൾ ഹൃദയം നിറക്കും… പക്ഷേ ചില സ്ഥലങ്ങൾ ഇവ രണ്ടും ഒരുമിച്ച് സമ്മാനിക്കും. Giby Farm അത്തരമൊരു വിസ്മയമായിരുന്നു.ലിയമോളുടെ വീട്ടുകാർക്ക് ഒരു ചെറിയ Surprise കൊടുക്കണം എന്നൊരു ലക്ഷ്യം മാത്രമായിരുന്നു മനസ്സിൽ. അപ്പോഴാണ് അനിയൻ ജമാൽ പറഞ്ഞറിഞ്ഞ Giby Farm ഓർമ്മയിൽ വന്നത്. ഉടൻ ഞാനും വക്കീലും അവിടത്തെ Location വാങ്ങി യാത്ര തിരിച്ചു.അവിടെ ചെന്നിറങ്ങിയ നിമിഷം തന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ പരസ്പരം നോക്കി ……. “ഇത് നമ്മുടെ മാള തന്നെയാണോ… അതോ വയനാടിൻ്റെ സൗന്ദര്യലഹരിയിലേക്കുള്ള വല്ല രഹസ്യ വഴിയും ആണോ?”!!! സത്യത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ രണ്ടു പേരും അത്ഭുതപ്പെട്ടു!!!മാനേജർ മി. സതീഷിന്റെ ഇടപെടലും പെരുമാറ്റവും ഏറെ ഹൃദ്യമായിരുന്നു. അതിഥികളെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിനുള്ള ആ സ്നേഹവും കരുതലും ആദ്യം തന്നെ മനസ്സിലായി. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ വിവരണത്തിൽ പിന്നെ ഒന്നും ആലോചിച്ചില്ല… ആഗസ്റ്റ് 31-ന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ Staycation Lunch Book ചെയ്തു.ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാനാവാത്ത ചില നല്ല ഓർമ്മകൾ സമ്മാനിച്ച മാളയിലെ അപൂർവ നിമിഷങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി ആ ദിവസം മാറുമെന്ന് അന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ കരുതിയിരുന്നില്ല. ജനിച്ചു വളർന്ന നാട്ടിൽ ഇത്രയധികം കണ്ണഞ്ചിപ്പിക്കും ഹരിത വിസ്മയം.നല്ല ചൂടിൽ നിന്ന് അവിടെ ചെന്നിറങ്ങിയ ഞങ്ങളെ തണുത്ത Soft Drinks നൽകി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ, ഇടതൂർന്ന മരങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലൂടെ വീശിയെത്തിയ മന്ദമാരുതൻ തൊട്ടു തലോടിത്തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു.പിന്നെയങ്ങോട്ട് ആ വശ്യസൗന്ദര്യത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ അലിയുകയായിരുന്നു.വയനാടൻ താഴ്വരയിലൂടെ നടക്കുന്ന അനുഭവം! 🍃 എന്തൊരു പ്രകൃതി രമണീയത!പുഴയുടെ തീരത്തിലൂടെ ഞങ്ങൾ മന്ദംമന്ദം നടന്നു… മതിവരുവോളം ഊഞ്ഞാലാടി… ഫോട്ടോകൾ എടുത്തു… Staycation വീടുകളുടെ വരാന്തകൾ ….. അങ്ങനെ ഓരോ നിമിഷവും ആസ്വദിച്ചു…. ഉല്ലസിച്ചു. സമയം പോയതറിഞ്ഞേയില്ല.അവിടത്തെ ഓരോ വൃക്ഷത്തിനും പേരെഴുതി ലേബൽ ചെയ്തിരുന്നതിനാൽ, കണ്ടു പരിചയമുള്ള പല മരങ്ങളെയും തിരിച്ചറിയാനും അവയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കാനും കഴിഞ്ഞു.കൊച്ചിയെയും തിരുവിതാംകൂറിനെയും വേർതിരിച്ചിരുന്ന അതിർത്തിക്കല്ല് മറ്റൊരു കൗതുകക്കാഴ്ചയായി. കടവ്… ബോട്ടിങ്… കൊട്ട കയാക്… 27 നാളുകളെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മരങ്ങൾ… അതിന്റെ ചരിത്രവും പ്രാധാന്യവും… വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടം… പാലങ്ങൾ… കൂടാരങ്ങൾ… അവിടത്തെ കാഴ്ചകൾക്ക് അവസാനമില്ലായിരുന്നു.പക്ഷേ മക്കളേ… ഇതൊന്നുമല്ല യഥാർത്ഥ ഹൈലൈറ്റ്! ട്ടോ!ഇനി പറയാൻ പോകുന്നത് വയറിനും മനസ്സിനും ഒരുപോലെ സന്തോഷം നൽകിയ അനുഭവം ….. വിഭവസമൃദ്ധമായ ഭക്ഷണം! 😋നേരിട്ട് പിടിച്ച് തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ഫ്രഷ് ഫിഷ് കറി, കരിമീൻ പൊള്ളിച്ചത്, ഫിഷ് ഫ്രൈ, ചക്കപ്പുഴുക്ക്, ചെമ്മീൻ റോസ്റ്റ്… ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് വിഭവങ്ങൾ വേറെയുമുണ്ട്! അവസാനം ഒരു കിടിലൻ പായസവും!!ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ സാധാരണയായി “ഇനി ഇന്നത്തേക്ക് ഇത്രയും മതി!” എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കും. പക്ഷേ ഇവിടെ മനസ്സ് ചിന്തിച്ചത് മറിച്ചായിരുന്നു.ഭക്ഷണ സമയത്ത് എത്തിയ ഫാം ഓണർ മി. ജിബിയും ഭാര്യ മഞ്ജുവും വളരെ ഹൃദ്യമായാണ് ഞങ്ങളെ സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഒരംഗത്തെപ്പോലെ ഞങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം നിന്നു, ഓരോ കാഴ്ചകളും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി, ഓരോ കാര്യങ്ങളും വിശദീകരിച്ചു തന്നു. വല്ലാത്ത അനുഭവം. ജാസയില്ലാത്ത ……. വെപ്രാളമില്ലാത്ത പ്രകൃതം.അവരുടെ സ്നേഹപൂർവ്വമായ പെരുമാറ്റം ദിവസത്തിന്റെ മനോഹാരിത പതിൻമടങ്ങ് വർധിപ്പിച്ചു.ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി ഏർപ്പാട് ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫറും കിടുകിടിലൻ! 📸അങ്ങനെ ഭക്ഷണവും സ്നേഹവും പ്രകൃതിയും ചിത്രങ്ങളുമായി നിറഞ്ഞ ഒരു ദിവസം…വയറു നിറഞ്ഞ് കവിഞ്ഞാൽ പൊതുവെ ക്ഷീണം തോന്നാറുണ്ട് എങ്കിലും മനസ്സ് നിറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടാവണം യാതൊരു മടുപ്പുമില്ലാതെ വീണ്ടും ആ തെന്നൽമാരുതനെ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി ഊഞ്ഞാലാടാൻ ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും പോയി! 🍃ഈ വേനലവധിക്കാലം നാട്ടിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ച മറ്റൊരു കുളിർമയേറിയ അനുഭവം……ഓരോ ദിവസവും നാട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് മടങ്ങാനുള്ള സമയം അടുക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സ് വല്ലാതെ നോവാറുണ്ട് എങ്കിലും, തിരിച്ച് പ്രവാസജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ഈ നല്ല ഓർമ്മകളുടെ വാതിൽ തുറന്ന് മനസ്സിനെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായി വിട്ടാൽ… എല്ലാ വിഷമങ്ങളും പമ്പകടക്കും. നൊമ്പരങ്ങൾ പതിയെ അലിഞ്ഞുപോകും. അവിടെ ഓർമ്മകൾ മാത്രം ബാക്കിയാകും.പെരുമാറ്റത്തിലും ആതിഥ്യമര്യാദയിലും ഓരോരുത്തരും പുലർത്തുന്ന ഈ വ്യത്യസ്തത തന്നെയാണ് Giby Farm-ന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വിജയം.അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ… അടുത്ത Vacation-നായി ഞങ്ങൾ കാത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ❤️ദൂരങ്ങൾ താണ്ടി വയനാട്ടിലേക്കോ മൂന്നാറിലേക്കോ പോകേണ്ടതെന്തിന്?നമ്മുടെ മാളയിൽ തന്നെ ഇത്രയും പ്രകൃതി മനോഹാരിതയും, സ്നേഹവും, രുചിയും, കുളിർമയും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ… പിന്നെ എന്തിന് ദൂരങ്ങൾ താണ്ടണം? 🍃Giby Farm-ന് ഒരുപാട് സ്നേഹം… ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം… ❤️എല്ലാവർക്കും ഞങ്ങൾ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ Refer ചെയ്യും. ട്ടോ….ഞങ്ങൾ ഇനിയും വരും…ആ സ്നേഹക്കാറ്റിൽ കുറച്ചുനേരം കൂടി നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് ജീവിതത്തിലെ എല്ലാ നൊമ്പരങ്ങളും ടെൻഷനും മറക്കാൻ…Giby Farm-ൽ ഞങ്ങൾ എത്തിയത് ഒരു ചെറിയ Surprise ന് വേണ്ടി ആയിരുന്നു… പക്ഷേ അവിടെ നിന്ന് മടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ കൈയിൽ കിട്ടിയത് ഒരുപാട് സ്നേഹവും, മനോഹരമായ കാഴ്ചകളും, മറക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരുപാട് ഓർമ്മകളും ആയിരുന്നു.സ്നേഹത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ച മി. ജിബിക്കും മഞ്ജുവിനും, മി. സതീഷിനും ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ നന്ദി. ഒരു സന്ദർശകനെ അതിഥിയായി മാത്രം കാണാതെ, കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഒരാളായി ചേർത്തുനിർത്തിയ ആ സ്നേഹമാണ് ഈ യാത്രയെ ഇത്രയും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടതാക്കിയത്.മാളയുടെ മണ്ണിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു സ്വർഗ്ഗ പൂങ്കാവനം ഒരുക്കിയതിന് ഒരുപാട് സ്നേഹം… 🍃❤️ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും വരും… ആ തണുത്ത കാറ്റിനെയും, ആ പുഴയുടെ സംഗീതത്തെയും, അതിലേറെ നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്നേഹത്തെയും തേടി…Giby Farm-ന് ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ നന്ദി. സ്നേഹത്തോടെ… വീണ്ടും കാണാം. ❤️ഡോ. ഹസീനാ ബീഗം അബുദാബി .” Read full review by Hasseena Begum on Facebook
“A Truly Impeccable Escape – Exceptional Hospitality & Culinary Excellence! Our family—my wife, our two children, and I recently stayed at The Giby Farm to celebrate our anniversary. Although it was our very first visit, the experience was seamless and extraordinary from start to finish. The warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out immediately. Check-in was effortless, free of tedious formalities, and General Manager Mr. Satish leads a team that operates at the highest standard. A special mention goes to Mr. Jasraj, who ensured we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. He attentive, guide-like presence anticipated our needs without ever intruding on our privacy. Highlights of Our Stay: Accommodations & Service: Our room was impeccably clean and well-kept. The team took every extra request seriously, going above and beyond our expectations. Dining Experience: The food was phenomenal. Their "Meen Pollichathu"—prepared with the fresh catch of the day—was hands down one of the best dishes I have ever had. “It was truly a wonderful and refreshing experience to our family.Walking along the riverside, with the gentle breeze touching my face and the lush green trees surrounding me, was an absolute delight. The entire setting gave me a feel of Munnar right here in our own Mala.The warm and welcoming hospitality of the management and staff was equally heartwarming. “We recently stayed at gibys farm for a day with our fam and it was such a memorable trip for us . The food , pool , ambience was on top. We also had an amazing kayaking session where their staff jas raj had guided us throughout the session and was really amazing to us.
