Much of what we serve at Giby Farm begins right here on the farm. Around 50% of the food we serve is farm produced and organic. We focus on fresh ingredients, carefully selected produce and authentic Kerala flavours. From fresh coconut milk and coconut oil to seasonal produce and freshly caught fish, every ingredient is chosen with care to bring out the true taste of our cuisine.
